I put together this free course so that anyone who is interested in self-care, Somatic Experiencing®, or stress management can have access to useful, embodied resources for lowering their stress, focusing their energy, and feeling more at home in their bodies.
The course contains:
-Three different Somatic Self-Care exercises (one short video per exercise), each focused on helping in different ways.
-Each video contains instructions for the exercises, as well as brief demonstration of how to do the exercise for yourself.
-A free subscription to my Self-Care newsletter, submitted one or two times per month, which contains a variety of interesting articles and videos on similar topics.
The course will be delivered to your inbox in small segments, one video every four days. The idea is that you'll have a few days to try each somatic exercise before you learn the next.
