I put together this free course so that anyone who is interested in self-care, Somatic Experiencing®, or stress management can have access to useful, embodied resources for lowering their stress, focusing their energy, and feeling more at home in their bodies.
The course contains:
-Three different Somatic Self-Care exercises (one short video per exercise), each focused on helping in different ways.
-Each video contains instructions for the exercises, as well as brief demonstration of how to do the exercise for yourself.
-A free 30-minute consult with me after you complete the videos, going over any questions you have about the exercises specifically or somatic work in general.
-A free subscription to my Self-Care newsletter, submitted one or two times per month, which contains a variety of interesting articles and videos on similar topics.
The course will be delivered to your inbox in small segments, one video each day. The idea is that you'll have a bit of time to try each somatic exercise before you learn the next.
